About Us

Futura Learning Partnership is a growing, values-led multi-academy trust of 26 schools, serving more than 12,000 children and young people across the South West of England. Together, more than 1,700 colleagues support pupils, families and communities across the region. Each of our schools has its own distinctive identity and deep roots in its local community, but no school works alone. Through collaboration, shared expertise and collective responsibility, we create greater opportunities for children, young people and colleagues.

Our work is shaped by three core commitments:

  • Inclusion: We create belonging, remove barriers and champion equity for all.
  • Community: We work alongside families and partners to strengthen local places and improve lives.
  • Growth: Our environment is one where pupils and colleagues can flourish and succeed.

Together, these commitments guide our decisions, our culture and our ambition for every child, colleague and community we serve.

About You

You will be a highly credible educational leader with significant experience of leading improvement across multiple schools, phases or settings. You will bring a demonstrable track record of raising standards, supporting leaders and securing better outcomes for children and young people.

You will have:

  • Significant senior leadership experience within education - it’s essential you have experience in, or working with secondaries.
  • A proven record of successful school improvement across multiple settings.
  • Deep expertise in curriculum, teaching, assessment and educational standards.
  • Extensive knowledge of inclusion, SEND, attendance, behaviour and disadvantage.
  • The ability to provide support and challenge to school leaders with both credibility and care.
  • Experience of shaping strategy and translating vision into impact.
