Chilton Trinity School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our Alternative Provision team. Working closely with the Alternative Provision Lead, you will play a key role in raising student achievement, promoting independence, self-esteem and social inclusion, and supporting learners to access the curriculum and experience success. The successful candidate will provide effective support to students individually, in groups and within the classroom, while leading on SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and behaviour support across the provision.

About You

  • Has experience of planning and leading teaching and learning activities (under supervision) relevant within a primary or secondary school setting
  • Operates with integrity
  • Has a good standard of education (5 x GCSE’s – English and Maths C or above)
  • Has experience of applying a range of strategies to support students in the classroom with the minimum of supervision
  • Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities

Role information:
