Our client is seeking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join their expanding team in a permanent position located in Willenhall. This role would ideally suit someone looking to break into sales from a technical engineering / Automotive / MOD / Aerospace etc. background. No sales experience is required as training will be given but must have a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Working as part of the sales team the focus will initially be identifying & quantifying new lines of business for production runs of machined parts.
- Supporting the Technical Sales Manager in building relationships with new and existing clients, through communications channels such as telephone, email, MS Teams and above all customer visits.
Essential Skills and Experience Required
- Above all must show a hunger & tenacity to succeed in a very competitive market.
- Proven experience in engineered/manufactured process.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings & CAD.
- Experienced with MS Office, Internet and Emails.
