Our OEM Client based in Gaydon is searching for an Executive Secretary to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position with a proposed end date of 31st March 2027.
Umbrella Pay Rate: £21.71 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Support an individual executive or small number of executives in day‐to‐day office activities.
- Obtain and organise information for conferences, speeches and reports as requested by the executive.
- Edit, proof, format, design/produce documents, fill forms and perform data entry.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries and travel arrangements.
- Receive and relay telephone messages from internal and external sources, managing executives' time and interactions.
- Handle confidential business and personnel information.
