Futura Design is seeking a Global Product Owner - Conversational Channels for an OEM client in Gaydon. This maternity cover contract will lead the global strategy, delivery and continuous improvement of JLR's Conversational Channels across multiple luxury brands.

You will oversee global vision, capabilities and AI-enabled CX, directing delivery of chat, WhatsApp and other messaging experiences and working with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
