Futura Design is seeking an HR Consultant - Contact Centre for our client based in Whitley, Coventry.
The role is inside IR35 and contract until 28 June 2027, with hybrid Working (2-3 days in the office, rest remote).
You will handle HR policy queries from UK employees, advise managers on policy application, and manage HR processes across recruitment, performance, absence, and employee relations.
Experience in advisory HR and knowledge of UK law are essential.
