Our OEM Client based in Gaydon is searching for a Bom Analyst to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract up until 31st March 2026.
The BoM Engineering team within Product Information is responsible for creating, configuring, maintaining and interrogating the Bill of Material in the early phases of programmes. The team supports Engineering within each Centre of Competence (CoC), building relationships with and guiding Engineers through the BoM creation and management process. The team also performs a number of quality checks, from commodity audits to large scale validation events to ensure completeness and accuracy of those BoMs for a number of gateways within Programme Lifecycles. The BoM Engineering team works on all current and future vehicle lines, across both brands and all manufacturing facilities globally.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing set up and changes to Bills of Material, challenging inputs where appropriate and seeking out information required from key Stakeholders to deliver a coherent and quality Bill of Material for our client both in legacy and future systems.
Skills:
- Must have a good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Able to manage delivery of multiple tasks.
- Ability to analyse and solve complex problems.
- Must be able to work singularly and in a team.
- Previous BOM experience preferable.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies will be useful.
