The Suspension Engineer role at our OEM client in Gaydon (Inside IR35) is a maternity cover contract ending 29 January 2027.

The role focuses on suspension device design, characterization and iterative refinement within an Agile squad for industrialized products.

Key responsibilities include delivering plans to quality, cost and time, supporting change management and test planning for spring/damper modules, and maintaining design documentation to client standards.
