Our OEM Client based in Gaydon is searching for an Electrical Architecture Project Coordinator to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position with a proposed end date of 31st March 2027.

Umbrella Pay Rate: £44.97 per hour.

Duties:

  • Support delivery of programme against overall timing plan.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and objective technical status reports in programme management meetings and senior programme gateway reviews.
  • Identify and engage in continuous improvement & standardisation activities with focus specifically on Programme risks and mitigations.
  • Support and coordinate structured problem solving across cross-functional teams in preventing and resolving programme issues.
  • Manage a governance to drive and resolve key risks across the programme, engaging cross functionally with senior stakeholders.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • Relevant previous experience of Process / Engineering processes, tools and techniques including consistent delivery of targets.
  • Resilient and enthusiastic, able to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Confident working within a complex, cross-functional network.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise workload and drive continuous improvement.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective team player who consistently demonstrates Customer First principles.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and support effective decision making.
  • Strong technical skills, including problem-solving, Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel), data handling/reporting (Tableau) and process mapping.
  • Demonstrable experience of process improvement and working in a project support role.

Desirable Education Requested: Degree qualification preferable, ideally in software and systems engineering.
