Our OEM Client based in Gaydon is searching for a Climate Attribute Leader to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a 12-month contract position initially until 31st March 2026, with the potential for further extensions.
This role is for a Lead Attribute Level Owner for the Climate & Air Quality Team. Working from customer level requirements and target setting down to sub-system and component to deliver a truly modern luxury experience. Once the targets have been set for each vehicle line and the different use cases considered, the candidate will work to a test process for assessment and validation that meets with Climate Attribute DV Requirements.
Work as the Climate Attribute Leader for a key vehicle line alongside T&D Engineers, Component and Program LE's plus multiple engineering areas across the business to deliver the ultimate Climate System experience and support issue resolution.
