Our OEM Client based in Gaydon is searching for a CRM Campaign Automation Specialist to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position with a proposed end date of 1st August 2027. Duties: As a CRM Campaign Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic, modern luxury communications across the full client lifecycle for the brands. Bringing a genuine passion for our clients and our iconic brands, you will help define meaningful touchpoints, contribute to the development of our holistic in-life communication strategy, and support the future direction of our client experience. Your work will ensure we deliver seamless, consistent and personalised communications across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone with a background in marketing strategy and campaign activation who instinctively puts the customer at the centre of every interaction. You will be instrumental in supporting the creation and delivery of communications that align with our Client Experience Framework and elevate the personalised journeys we offer.

- Support the implementation of the Global Contact Strategy, ensuring alignment with the Client Experience Framework.
- Contribute to the delivery of global strategic omni-channel communications programmes across the full end-to-end client lifecycle, assist in rolling out global communications programmes across markets, driving best-practice campaign activation.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships through regular engagement and communication.
- Champion continuous improvement through data led reporting that supports the evolution of strategic, modern luxury communications across all brands.
