Duties and responsibilities:

  • Be highly sales-driven and commercially aware, consistently seeking opportunities to increase revenue and improve store performance.
  • Lead a customer-focused team to maximise sales, exceed targets, and deliver outstanding service.
  • Be a hands-on leader, working alongside the team to inspire and motivate, leading by example in all aspects of store operations.
  • Manage stock effectively, ensuring the right products are available at the right time, and commercially merchandised.
  • Use sales data and insights to drive commercial success and optimise store performance.
  • Ensure the customer experience is seamless, keeping them at the heart of all store operations.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally to maintain high service standards.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing team, coaching and training them to excel in sales and service.
  • Maintain a positive, can-do mindset, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently, even in challenging situations.
  • Ensure all policies, promotions, and procedures are carried out accurately and on time.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards, working closely with the Visual Merchandising team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.
  • 2-4 years of management and sales experience in a customer service-driven role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business performance.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, always looking for ways to improve and solve problems.
