About the role
- Place orders from domestic and international suppliers.
- Arrange and track transportation for inbound deliveries.
- Support the demand‐planning process feeding into S&OP.
- Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists and customs forms, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory and related documentation.
- Manage the Free‐Issue Brief (FIB) process.
- Analyse sales data to update future forecasts.
- Monitor inventory closely and highlight low‐stock/over‐stock risks.
- Collaborate cross‐functionally to align plans and priorities.
About you
- At least 3 years of supply‐chain experience, ideally within fast‐growing consumer brands.
- Strong demand‐planning experience with a proven ability to turn data into actionable plans.
- Experience operating in high‐growth environments across B2B and B2C channels.
- Hands‐on experience working with freight forwarders and purchase‐order management.
- Proven ability to continuously improve processes in evolving environments.
- Strong analytical, problem‐solving and decision‐making skills.
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- A proactive, "get stuff done" mindset with high ownership and accountability.
Additional skills that would be an asset (but not essential):
- Previous experience in fast‐growing start‐ups or scale‐ups in a related role.
- Experience using Unleashed.
- Understanding of customs regulations and paperwork.
