About Fussy
We are Fussy, on a mission to banish single-use plastic from your bathroom. Having experienced exceptional growth over the past four years, we are now looking for a talented individual to join the team as an EU Account Executive and help us on that journey. Please note: This will start as a 1 year fixed term contract with the opportunity to review as part of our future strategy.

You will report into our EU Sales Lead and support our distributor partners with the management of some important accounts for us. This is an exciting opportunity to join a scale-up through a significant period of growth.

About the role

  • Account Management responsibility supporting our distribution partners to develop relationships with key existing retail partners.
  • Supporting the EU Sales lead with preparing pitches for new retail opportunities.
  • Accountable for forecasts and P&L for your accounts and for achieving ambitious growth targets.
  • Ensure that we seize every opportunity to drive sales with relevant customer admin completed accurately on time, visibility in-store and best-class content online.
  • Identify trends in the wider market through competitor analysis that can translate into commercial opportunities.
  • Reporting and analysis of retailer data available and deep understanding of retailer strategic priorities and opportunities to help shape our commercial strategy.
  • Represent the company at relevant external trade events and meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to build winning retail plans.

About you

  • Circa 2+ years experience in a sales role within an FMCG company with a proven track record of building winning relationships with retailers and driving growth.
  • Advanced proficiency in the German language is essential.
  • A keen interest in the sustainability and wellness spaces.
  • Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail, able to prioritise and manage multiple work-streams under pressure.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Analytical capability and commercial acumen.
  • A self-starter who can work independently.

  • A salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working with Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in our London (Shoreditch) office.
