About Fussy
We’re Fussy…about everything in our mission to banish single-use plastic from your bathroom. To support our next stage of growth, we are now looking for a talented individual to join the team as an Influencer Marketing Executive within our DACH market.
The chosen candidate will have responsibility for delivering DACH influencer performance, focusing on revenue generation and customer acquisition rather than brand awareness metrics, working as a key contributor to the wider growth team’s CAC and spend targets.
About the role
- Support the Influencer Lead with development, execution and reporting of best‑in‑class influencer strategy and campaigns, owning budgets and KPI’s, whilst ensuring it fits in with wider business objectives.
- Build, manage and continuously refresh a pipeline of DACH influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms, identifying new talent and opportunities on a weekly basis.
- Create and manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and other talent partners, acting as a key day‑to‑day point of contact and nurturing long‑term partnerships with top performers.
- Lead influencer outreach with tailored messaging, negotiating deliverables, usage rights, and commercial terms where appropriate.
- Monitor campaign and content delivery, ensuring all agreed content goes live on time, meets brief requirements, and is tracked correctly.
- Analyse performance of influencers to identify opportunities for growth and improve return on investment, new customer acquisition.
- Own regular performance reporting, contributing to weekly and monthly updates with clear insights, learnings and recommendations.
- Develop your influencer knowledge further to ensure you’re at the forefront of the industry and always aware of the latest tactics and strategies to experiment with.
- Continually identify opportunities and improvements to be made across internal processes.
- Work with the wider marketing team on cross‑channel initiatives including new product launches and acquisition strategies.

About you

- Circa 1+ year experience in influencer marketing, managing the end‑to‑end process.
- Fluent in German is essential for this role.
- Knowledge of the DACH influencer‑sphere, cosmetics industry and social media trends.
- Data is your friend – you find it easy to use insights to back‑up your instincts, and are comfortable working with performance metrics such as engagement, CTR, CVR, CAC and revenue.
- A pro‑active self‑starter with a problem‑solving attitude!
- Getting stuck into platforms and processes with a focus on automation and optimisation is important to you.
- An understanding of the Influencer market and how they play a key role in building brand awareness, affinities, content creation and commercial value for brands, with an appreciation for how influencer activity drives measurable business outcomes.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple moving parts across influencers, timelines, gifting and reporting simultaneously.
- A strong communicator, confident managing external relationships and internal stakeholders.
What we offer
A chance to play a part in banishing single‑use plastic from the bathroom. A salary of £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience + 10% commission. 5 days a week - Hybrid working with Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in our London (Shoreditch) office. 33 days annual leave, including flexible.
