Having experienced exceptional growth over the past four years, we are now looking for a talented individual to join the team as an Influencer Marketing Executive. The chosen candidate will have responsibility for delivering UK influencer performance, focusing on revenue generation and customer acquisition rather than brand awareness metrics, working as a key contributor to the wider growth team’s CAC and spend targets. This is an exciting opportunity to join scale-up through a significant period of growth.
About the role
- Support the Influencer Lead with development, execution and reporting of best-in-class influencer strategy and campaigns, owning budgets and KPI's, whilst ensuring it fits in with wider business objectives.
- Build, manage and continuously refresh a pipeline of UK influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms, identifying new talent and opportunities on a weekly basis.
- Create and manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and other talent partners, acting as a key day-to-day point of contact and nurturing long-term partnerships with top performers.
- Lead influencer outreach with tailored messaging, negotiating deliverables, usage rights, and commercial terms where appropriate.
- Monitor campaign and content delivery, ensuring all agreed content goes live on time, meets brief requirements, and is tracked correctly.
- Analyse performance of influencers to identify opportunities for growth and improve return on investment, new customer acquisition.
- Own regular performance reporting, contributing to weekly and monthly updates with clear insights, learnings and recommendations.
- Develop your influencer knowledge further to ensure you’re at the forefront of the industry and always aware of the latest tactics and strategies to experiment with.
- Continually identify opportunities and improvements to be made across internal processes.
- Work with the wider marketing team on cross-channel initiatives including new product launches and acquisition strategies.
What success looks like
In this role, you aren’t just managing relationships; you are managing a performance engine. You will know you are winning when:
- A consistent and high-quality influencer pipeline being refreshed weekly.
- A regular flow of content going live across priority products and campaigns.
- Performance insights shared proactively with clear actions and learnings.
- Ongoing improvements made to influencer processes and workflows.
- A measurable contribution to customer acquisition and revenue through influencer activity.
- A healthy Rebook % proving that you are recruiting influencers that deliver high revenue, low CAC campaigns.
About you
Great comes in lots of different forms, and we’re really open to seeing candidates from a range of backgrounds. Given the nature of this role and what we’ll ask of you, we do believe that the following skills are needed to be able to deliver to a high standard:
- Circa 1+ year experience in influencer marketing, managing the end-to-end process.
- Data is your friend – you find it easy to use insights to back-up your instincts, and are comfortable working with performance metrics such as engagement, CTR, CVR, CAC and revenue.
- A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude. Getting stuck into platforms and processes with a focus on automation and optimisation is important to you.
- An understanding of the Influencer market and how they play a key role in building brand awareness, affinities, content creation and commercial value for brands, with an appreciation for how influencer activity drives measurable business outcomes.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple moving parts across influencers, timelines, gifting and reporting simultaneously.
- A strong communicator, confident in managing external relationships and internal stakeholders.
And anyone who has these skills, too would likely be a super fit for this role, but these are by no means essential:
- Knowledge of the UK cosmetics industry and social media trends (preferred).
