About Fussy

We're Fussy… about everything in our mission to banish single-use plastic from your bathroom. Having experienced exceptional growth over the past four years, we are now looking for a talented individual to join the team as Ecommerce Executive. You'll report to our Ecommerce Manager, working together to keep our digital store running like a well-oiled (sustainably sourced) machine. You'll own the operational layer of our ecommerce world — from catalogue management and campaign page builds to keeping our sales channels healthy and humming.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a scale-up through a significant period of growth. You'll be a hands-on executor who takes genuine pride in the details, and a champion for getting things done brilliantly.

What You'll Do:

  • Own our product catalogue end-to-end, creating new products in Shopify, setting variants, inventory, pricing and SKUs, managing collections, SEO fields.
  • Maintain site merchandising, bestseller ordering, cross-sells, upsells, featured products.
  • Work with Recharge on customer portal queries escalated from CS, subscription product setup, basic rule management.
  • Build campaign and landing pages in Sanity CMS and Shopify from briefs in line with brand guidelines, coordinating assets with creative/brand.
  • Keep our sales channels in great shape, monitoring Meta Commerce Manager and Google Merchant Centre feeds, and supporting our TikTok Shop with accurate listings and responsive issue management.
  • Build out our Shop App into a fully functioning store with collections, campaigns and purchasing enabled along with subscription upselling.
  • Support and progressively own our Amazon presence, listings, content optimisation and operational upkeep.
  • Be the first line of triage for site issues, inventory, chat widget, page errors, storefinder updates. Liaise with customer service on recurring site or order issues.
  • Maintain shipping profiles and markets structure and catalogue pricing in Shopify.
  • Produce regular trading reports including revenue, sessions, conversion rate, AOV, flag anomalies and support data-driven decision making.

Who You Are:

Great comes in lots of different forms, and we’re really open to seeing candidates from a range of backgrounds. Given the nature of this role and what we’ll ask of you, we do believe that the following skills are needed to be able to deliver to a high standard:

  • 1–3 years in an ecommerce, digital or online retail role.
  • Hands-on Shopify experience, product uploads, collections, page creation.
  • Experience with Recharge; subscriptions are central to how we trade so comfort with the platform at an operational level is important.
  • CMS experience (Sanity, Contentful or similar) — a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Meta Commerce Manager and/or Google Merchant Centre.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4 or other analytics tools.
  • Sharp attention to detail — you catch what others miss before it goes live.
  • Comfortable managing multiple in-flight tasks and shifting priorities without dropping the ball.

And anyone who has these skills too would likely be a super fit for this role, but these are by no means essential:

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Basic HTML/CSS awareness.
  • Klaviyo or similar ESP — basic segmentation and reporting.

What we offer:

  • A chance to play a part in banishing single-use plastic from the bathroom.
  • Hybrid working with Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in our London (Shoreditch) office.
  • 33 days annual leave including flexible bank holidays + a day off for your birthday – we encourage you to take time off to switch off, rest and recharge.
  • Our WellHub membership with a range of fitness & wellbeing options - we care about our team’s wellness, from physical to mental health.
  • Share options after probation, so that you can benefit from our growth.
  • Gym membership.

Our first product, a refillable deodorant, is now the UK’s top rated natural deodorant. We have put in place the foundations of a world-class team of employees and advisors and this is a super exciting time to join as we are now looking to accelerate our growth into new products and territories.
