What You'll Be Doing

  • Strengthen and protect Fussy's tone of voice and brand identity, ensuring consistency and impact across every touchpoint, both DTC and retail.
  • Champion customer and market insight to deepen understanding of our audience, category dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Lead all top‑of‑funnel, awareness‑driving brand activity.
  • Oversee Fussy's owned and earned content strategy across social and PR.
  • Lead brand partnerships and collaborations, identifying the right partners, shaping the creative concept and driving execution.
  • Own retail marketing – partner closely with the Retail team to deliver all in‑store marketing assets so that Fussy shows up brilliantly on shelf.
  • Contribute to proposition and range development, bringing brand and customer perspectives to NPD decisions.
  • Build and develop a high‑performing team spanning social, PR and retail marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Brand team, ensuring brand and marketing are joined up.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in senior brand roles in high‑growth consumer brands.
  • A track record of building brand love – you’ve run campaigns that moved the dial on awareness and consideration.
  • Sharp strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insight into a clear brand story and actionable plan.
  • Strong creative judgment – you know what great looks and sounds like, and you can brief and push agency and in‑house teams to get there.
  • Experience across owned, earned and paid brand channels, with a solid understanding of how they work together from top to mid funnel.
  • A genuine passion for culture, community, social media and what makes content shareable – you understand how brands earn attention, not just buy it.
  • Confidence with data – you use insight and brand metrics to make decisions, not just gut feel.
  • Experience managing agencies and managing and developing team members.
  • You’re a natural and effective collaborator, experienced in working cross‑functionally with marketing, creative, retail and commercial teams.

What We Offer

  • A chance to play a part in banishing single‑use plastic from the bathroom.
  • Hybrid working with Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in our London (Shoreditch) office.
  • 33 days annual leave including flexible bank holidays and a day off for your birthday – we encourage you to take time off to switch off, rest and recharge.
  • Our WellHub membership with a range of fitness & wellbeing options – we care about our team’s wellness, from physical to mental health.
  • Share options after probation, so that you can benefit from our growth.
  • Gym membership.
