We are on a mission to banish single‑use plastic from the bathroom by designing simple, effective and convenient personal care products backed by science.

About the Role

  • Create visually compelling assets for social media, email marketing, web, and campaigns.
  • Take ownership of small design projects.
  • Assist in the design of marketing materials including retail decks.
  • Ensure consistent use of brand colours, typography, and visual guidelines across all assets and brand channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life.
  • Manage multiple design briefs from different teams and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Work with the manager to organise and track incoming design requests.
  • Design compelling layouts that adhere to best practice.

About You

  • Circa 2‑3 years of experience in a similar Graphic Design role, ideally gained in‑house at a fast‑paced consumer brand or working with DTC clients.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Able to problem‑solve basic design problems and provide creative solutions.
  • Experience designing for email, social, and web.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
  • Creative thinker able to justify design decisions.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to feedback.
  • Ambition and a growth mindset.

Optional Skills

  • Knowledge of UI/UX, motion or video editing, and Figma.
