- Collaborate with content teams to ensure cohesive voice across customer touchpoints.

About you
Great comes in lots of different forms, and we’re really open to seeing candidates from a range of backgrounds. Given the nature of this role and what we’ll ask of you, we do believe that the following skills are needed to be able to deliver to a high standard:
- Circa 4+ years of experience in a Creative advertising role, ideally in a DTC, FMCG, or start‑up or relevant experience in a creative agency.
- Proven experience creating successful paid ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads from ideation through to execution (including shooting video + recording voice overs).
- Strong copywriting skills and a portfolio showcasing high‑performing ads.
- Experience with A/B testing and data‑driven creative optimisation.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of consumer psychology, advertising trends, and audience resonance.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Passion for sustainability and natural products.
- Be nice.
And anyone who has these skills too would likely be a super fit for this role, but these are by no means essential:
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
