Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of field personnel to ensure project execution aligns with company standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, adherence to safety protocols, and overall quality of work.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field staff, addressing any issues that arise to minimize project delays.
- Ensure all field activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies and standards.
- Coordinate with other supervisors and project managers to align field operations with overall project objectives.
- Facilitate training sessions for field staff on safety practices, operational procedures, and new technologies or methodologies relevant to our industry.
- Prepare and submit reports on field operations, including progress, challenges, and resource needs, to senior management.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors on site, maintaining positive relationships and effective communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Qualified Supervisor, with a track record of successful project execution.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines in the UK.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- 18 Edition BS7671 edition.
- NVQ Level 3 in electrotechnical installation.
- Test and Inspection (2391 or equivalent).
- Full UK driving license as the role would require travel Nationwide.
