About FusionAuth

FusionAuth is a developer-first customer identity platform that gives engineering teams complete control over authentication, authorization, and user management. We serve organizations across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C with a single-tenant architecture, flexible hosting options, and deep extensibility through APIs, webhooks, and advanced customizations. We’re a fast-growing company solving complicated identity problems for teams that care about control, performance, and security.

Our Solutions Engineering team sits at the center of product, engineering, and revenue — guiding prospects through architecture decisions, supporting complex proof-of-concepts, and helping them evaluate FusionAuth with clarity and confidence. If you love talking to developers, diagramming architectures, building sample apps, and helping teams understand the “why” behind identity decisions, this role is for you.

You’ll team up with Account Executives to run deep discovery, demonstrate FusionAuth’s capabilities, build trust with engineering teams, and guide prospects through solution design, hosting choices, and identity architecture decisions. This isn’t a “demo jockey” role — our SEs write code, build PoCs, advise on CIAM best practices, and advocate for developers.
