Are you a Production Manager with experience working in the heavy engineering sector? Are you looking to progress into a Site Manager's role with full operational responsibilities and leadership of a large team?

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager looking to take a step up and join a market leading heavy engineering specialist to run their flagship site in the South. An ideal applicant will be an experienced Production Manager with excellent leadership abilities, a background in the heavy engineering sector (Steel, Mining, EfW, Recycling, Building Materials etc.), and the drive to progress their career.

The company turnover circa £1bn per annum and operate in one of the UK's fastest growing & sustainable sectors. They are going through significant growth with new sites opened this year and significant investment ongoing at their existing facilities.

Due to this growth & expansion, we are seeking a Production Manager to step into a Site Manager position and lead their key site in the South. In this position, you will manage an experienced team covering production, maintenance, export, and procurement. You will have full autonomy in your day-to-day work and report key metrics to HQ to help with informed decision making at a group level.

Full industry, systems and export training will be provided.
