Position for a Production Supervisor to join an established and growing company, in a hands-on leadership role responsible for a team of 15+ employees. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business renowned for its development of staff in a role offering complete industry training, good overtime potential, and autonomy in your day-to-day decision making.

If you’re a Team Leader looking to step up, or an experienced Production Supervisor looking for your next challenge, this is a great opportunity to join a growing business. Any heavy engineering, manufacturing, industrial processing, or similar experience can be considered alongside applicants from the REME / Armed Forces. Experience working with mobile plant in some capacity is desirable but by no means essential.

Established in 2006, this company has doubled its headcount in the last 3 years, operating from 2 processing facilities local to the Thornton area. They offer complete industry specific training, and genuine opportunities for further professional development. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving safe, efficient operations across a busy plant environment, overseeing mobile plant activities and leading a multi-skilled operational team.

  • Salary: £40,000 - £40,500 + Overtime + 26 days + 10% Pension + 4 X Life Cover
  • Responsibilities: Hands-on leadership of a team of circa 15+
  • Training: Full industry training with progression opportunities
  • Schedule: Double Days, Monday to Friday

  • Excellent leadership experience
  • Previous experience with mobile plant activities desirable
