Position for a Production Supervisor to join an established and growing company, in a hands-on leadership role responsible for a team of 15+ employees. Any heavy engineering, manufacturing, industrial processing, or similar experience can be considered alongside applicants from the REME / Armed Forces. Experience working with mobile plant in some capacity is desirable but by no means essential.
Established in 2006, this company has doubled its headcount in the last 3 years, operating from 2 processing facilities local to the Thornton area. They offer complete industry specific training, and genuine opportunities for further professional development. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving safe, efficient operations across a busy plant environment, overseeing mobile plant activities and leading a multi-skilled operational team.
