A market-leading business is seeking a Commercial & Logistics Manager to manage and develop the strategy for up to 150,000 tonnes of industrial waste annually. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in waste management, recycling or resource recovery to take full ownership of a newly created role.

In this position, you will oversee and drive improvements across the company’s UK-wide waste commercial & logistics strategy. You will have full autonomy in your decision making and drive continuous improvements wherever possible.

  • Develop commercial strategy for up to 150,000+ tonnes of waste annually
  • Negotiate disposal and recovery contracts
  • Multi-site role with significant autonomy and progression

  • Commercial, Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain Manager
  • Experience managing high-volume waste streams, by-products or recyclable materials
  • Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
  • Background in manufacturing, recycling, chemicals, FMCG, metals, aggregates or similar
