Are you an Engineering Manager with experience working in automated warehousing? Do you have a background in projects, maintenance and/or reliability engineering? We're looking for an Engineering Manager with a strong technical background and experience leading engineering teams within automated warehousing, intralogistics, material handling, FMCG or similarly automated manufacturing environments.
You'll be comfortable managing contractors, overseeing complex engineering projects and implementing robust maintenance strategies that maximise equipment reliability and operational performance. You’ll be joining a business going through significant growth, in an autonomous and technically diverse role based just outside of Bristol. Working as part of the senior leadership team, you'll oversee maintenance planning and reliability whilst leading the engineering delivery of both greenfield and brownfield projects across the site.
The ideal applicant will be an Engineering Manager first, with proven experience in project delivery and a passion for building out engineering functions.
