Contractor Safety Supervisor (COMAH) Alfreton, Derbyshire £350 - £450 per day + 12 - 24 month contract + Outside IR35 Opportunity available for a Contractor Safety Supervisor to take on a 12month position, outside of IR35, with a high likelihood of an additional 12month extension. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business going through significant growth and act as their contractor safety representative across an ongoing CAPEX investment. This position would suit an experienced Safety Supervisor, Permit to Work Coordinator, HSE Advisor and / or Operations Supervisor with proven experience with permit to work systems, contractor supervision and RAMS. You will come a COMAH background with a comprehensive understanding of ATEX and DSEAR. Experience with explosives safety hazards, ignition and initiation controls is desirable but further training on this can be provided. The company are a major manufacturer going through significant growth & expansion. Due to an ongoing CAPEX investment, we are seeking a Contractor Safety Supervisor to join the business on an interim basis. This role is responsible for overseeing and monitoring contractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, adherence to permit to works, and identification of any potential risks or hazards on site.
