The predicted salary is between 27800 - 27800 £ per year.

£13.45 per hour, 52 weeks per annum, variable shifts available.

Our Core Hours: Monday – Friday 16:30pm – 22:30pm (This may vary at some facilities). Additional hours during school holidays in the daytime would also be available.

Our Facilities: Isca School, St James School, St Lukes School, St Peters School, West Exe School and Whipton Barton Federation. Flexibility to work around these facilities including own transport would be an advantage but not essential.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Assistant to join our current team to support external groups using the facilities at the schools within Exeter and Cranbrook. We are currently seeking reliable and motivated team members to join our team on a casual basis. This role offers flexible hours, perfect for those looking to work on an as-needed basis. Contractual hours may also be available for the right applicant. We can offer a variety of shift patterns to suit; hours are scheduled to meet the business. Weekend and evening hours could be combined to create a suitable role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome our customers to our facilities.
  • Ensuring that equipment and facilities are clean, safe and in a good working condition.
  • Assisting with the delivery of the leisure programmes.
  • Working closely with other staff members and management to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.
  • Lead in the event of an emergency to escalate to the Operation Managers.
Qualifications / Experience:
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • Experience in a leisure/sport environment (not essential).
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Enjoy meeting people.
  • Flexibility to work around different facilities.
