The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical fluency, project management expertise, and operational rigor — along with the ability to leverage emerging AI capabilities to improve sales performance and forecasting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • GTM Reporting advanced Excel and familiarity with BI tools.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and related RevOps tools (Clari, CPQ, DocuSign).
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product.
  • Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑stage environment.
  • Familiarity with AI‑powered tools and their application in sales or forecasting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Milestones for the First Six Months

In One Month, You Will

  • Onboard successfully and build context on Fusion’s GTM strategy, systems, and sales workflows.
  • Establish key relationships across Sales, Business Operations, and GTM leadership.
  • Begin delivering immediate support on high‑priority documentation and process tasks.

In Three Months, You Will

  • Take ownership of reporting cadence, documentation processing, and early‑stage RevOps initiatives.
  • Deliver improvements in CRM accuracy, sales doc turnaround time, and forecast visibility.
  • Take over weekly/monthly CRM data validation and reporting processes.
  • Develop/refine key dashboards (e.g., pipeline health, forecast accuracy, renewal visibility).
  • Identify opportunities for basic AI/automation improvements.

In Six Months, You Will

  • Fully own the QA and processing of key sales documents (MSAs, SOWs, renewals, cancellations).
  • Lead or co‑lead cross‑functional RevOps projects tied to planning, forecasting, or sales process optimization.
  • Establish Fusion best practices for AI‑driven insights, sales documentation workflow, and RevOps systems support.
