The Role
This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the United Kingdom; however, preference will be given to candidates who are able to be in the London Office 3 days per week.
We're seeking a Manager, Revenue Strategy and Analytics who combines strategic revenue operations experience with a strong command of reporting, analytics, and sales process execution. This role is critical in scaling Fusion's goâtoâmarket engine â enabling dataâdriven growth while supporting the sales team with efficient documentation processes and CRM hygiene.
Key Responsibilities Include
- GTM Reporting & Analytics: Design, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reporting to support visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and funnel conversion. Use tools like Salesforce, Clari, and BI platforms to surface insights from lead to renewal. Monitor and ensure accuracy of critical CRM data and reporting outputs.
- Sales Process & Documentation Support: Collaborate with Sales Reps and Leaders to prepare Service Orders, Change Orders, Renewals, Addendums, and Cancellations. Support contract creation and redlining, ensuring all documentation meets internal compliance and audit standards. Troubleshoot and support complex billing structures in partnership with Sales and Business Operations.
- CRM System Management: Validate accuracy and timeliness of CRM opportunity data. Review renewal opportunities in partnership with Sales and Management. Own regular CRM data validation via reports and ensure process compliance.
- Sales Documentation Workflow: Prepare and manage documents through DocuSign â ensuring proper formatting, routing, and status tracking. Act as liaison between Sales and Business Operations to ensure documentation is aligned with deal structure and policy.
- AIâDriven Revenue Optimization: Identify and implement AIâpowered tools to enhance sales productivity. Partner with GTM teams to operationalise AIâgenerated insights across pipeline reviews and customer engagement workflows.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Contract admin or related GTM functions.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; advanced Excel and familiarity with BI tools.
- Handsâon experience with Salesforce and related RevOps tools (Clari, CPQ, DocuSign).
- Experience working with crossâfunctional teams including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product.
- Detailâoriented, processâdriven, and comfortable working in a fastâpaced, growthâstage environment.
- Familiarity with AIâpowered tools and their application in sales or forecasting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Milestones for the First Six Months
- In One Month, You Will: Onboard successfully and build context on Fusion's GTM strategy, systems, and sales workflows. Establish key relationships across Sales, Business Operations, and GTM leadership. Begin delivering immediate support on highâpriority documentation and process tasks.
- In Three Months, You Will: Take ownership of reporting cadence, documentation processing, and earlyâstage RevOps initiatives. Deliver improvements in CRM accuracy, sales doc turnaround time, and forecast visibility. Take over weekly/monthly CRM data validation and reporting processes. Develop/refine key dashboards. Identify opportunities for basic AI/automation improvements.
- In Six Months, You Will: Fully own the QA and processing of key sales documents. Lead or coâlead crossâfunctional RevOps projects tied to planning, forecasting, or sales process optimization. Establish Fusion best practices for AIâdriven insights, sales documentation workflow, and RevOps systems support.
