Job Title: SaaS Account Executive Location: Leeds / Hybrid Job Overview: As a SaaS Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building relationships with key decision-makers, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and qualify potential clients through lead generation, networking, and outbound efforts. * Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and presentations to demonstrate the value of our solutions. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. * Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention. * Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with client goals and company objectives. * Track sales activity and pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights and market trends.
