We are looking for an Electrical Improver to join our client's manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and inspecting electrical and electronic equipment while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical and electronic systems from drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Carry out wiring, soldering, cable assembly, and panel wiring tasks.
  • Perform basic testing and fault finding.
  • Complete production and quality documentation.
  • Meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe and organised work area.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Experience in electrical or electronic assembly.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Knowledge of low-voltage AC/DC wiring.
  • Full UK license and own transport due to location of site.

Desirable:

  • Experience with high-voltage systems, control systems, or fibre optics.
  • Relevant electrical/electronic qualification.
