We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Technicians to assemble, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic components using soldering techniques at our client near Hull. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality, reliability, and compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday. Due to the location of the site, candidates from Driffield, Beverley, and Hull are most suited. Must have a full UK license and own transport due to the location of the site.
Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 depending on experience
Duties:
- Perform hand soldering of electrical and electronic components
- Assemble electrical subassemblies and final products according to engineering drawings and work instructions
- Interpret technical drawings
- Use soldering irons and other assembly equipment safely and effectively
Skills:
- Due to the location of the site, a full UK driving license and own transport is required
- Previous soldering experience is essential
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to read technical drawings
