We are seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to join a growing and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of supplier strategy, driving cost efficiencies, and building strong, long-term partnerships. You will play a key role in ensuring the business secures high-quality materials while maintaining a resilient and cost-effective supply chain. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and manage new and existing suppliers
- Conduct market research and lead RFQs and RFPs
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve best value
- Analyse supplier quotes and support informed selection decisions
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimise spend
- Support product development teams with supplier sourcing
- Drive inventory and cost optimisation initiatives
- Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams
