We are seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to join a growing and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of supplier strategy, driving cost efficiencies, and building strong, long-term partnerships. You will play a key role in ensuring the business secures high-quality materials while maintaining a resilient and cost-effective supply chain. Due to location of site, full UK license and own transport is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage new and existing suppliers
  • Conduct market research and lead RFQs and RFPs
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve best value
  • Analyse supplier quotes and support informed selection decisions
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimise spend
  • Support product development teams with supplier sourcing
  • Drive inventory and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams
