Are you an experienced Quality Professional looking for a stable, day-shift role with an industry-leading company? We are recruiting for a dedicated QA Technician to join our client’s fast-paced Technical team. Working a desirable 4-on 4-off day shift, you will play a vital role in supporting production, driving high hygiene standards, and ensuring all site processes comply with customer expectations and the site Quality Manual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check that all production lines operate according to current QAS and customer specifications.
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections to monitor product quality, weights, and temperatures.
  • Complete daily Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Critical Control Point (CCP), and glass audits against the site schedule.
  • Identify and report quality issues to the shift Team Leader/Manager, recording corrective actions promptly.
  • Execute product sampling plans.
  • Ensure Quality Assessments and Taste Panels take place at the agreed frequencies.
  • Audit due diligence paperwork and generate corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
  • Calibrate food safety equipment (scales, temperature probes) and report faults to Engineering.
