The Head of Partnership Finance collaborates closely with the CFO and senior leadership team on all matters relating to partnership accounting and the tax position of both the Firm and its Partners. Managing a small, specialised team, the role carries overall responsibility for delivering outcomes across the following key areas:
- Partnership Finance: Lead a team responsible for managing and reporting on partner remuneration, distributions, capital contributions, and other balances for more than 250 partners worldwide, ensuring accuracy on an individual partner basis. Take ownership of the REM process from a finance standpoint.
- Tax: Take a proactive leadership role in overseeing the Firm’s tax matters, working alongside key Finance colleagues to provide a high-quality, comprehensive tax service.
- Projects / Advisory: Leverage deep knowledge of the Firm to bring together finance and tax insights, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders—including Board members—on strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions across both domestic and international markets.
