About the Company
We are working with a leading construction and specialist fit-out company based in Southall, delivering high-quality projects across the residential and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance function and support the business's ongoing success. Reporting to the Fractional CFO, this is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of key finance processes, improve controls, and play an important role in supporting business performance.
The Role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the finance function, with a particular focus on cash management, banking, credit control, payroll administration, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will work closely with senior management to ensure accurate financial information is available to support decision-making and business growth.
