We are recruiting an Interim Finance Manager for a VC backed technology client based in (Central) Reading. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for the production of accurate and timely management accounts.
- Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Include comprehensive variance analysis, forecasts, and commentary to provide actionable insights to the senior leadership team.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Implementing solutions to fix problems, improve efficiencies and controls.
You must be:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with extensive management accounting experience gained in a medium / large company environment.
- Proactive, curious, energetic with excellent communication skills.
- A problem solver.
- Available immediately / at short notice and living within easy travelling distance of Reading.
Rate: £400-£500 per day inside IR35. Hybrid role: Two days per week in Central Reading office.
