Job Summary:<\/b><\/h3>We are seeking a technically proficient Technical Business Analyst<\/b> with strong experience in Oracle ERP systems<\/b>, Azure cloud integrations<\/b>, and a working knowledge of Python<\/b>. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration of enterprise applications and data solutions.<\/p>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/h3>Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements across departments.<\/li>Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle ERP with Azure services and third -party systems.<\/li>Analyze data flow between systems and support data mapping for integration projects.<\/li>Develop functional and technical specifications for system changes and enhancements.<\/li>Leverage Python scripts for automation, data transformation, and analysis where applicable.<\/li>Participate in testing, UAT, and validation of integrated solutions.<\/li>Act as the bridge between stakeholders, developers, and solution architects to ensure clear communication and successful delivery.<\/li><\/ul><\/span><\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>Required Skills & Experience:<\/b><\/h3>Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments.<\/li>Strong understanding of Oracle ERP<\/b> modules and Fusion Cloud applications<\/b>.<\/li>Hands -on experience with Azure Integration Services<\/b> (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Data Factory).<\/li>Experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and data transformation.<\/li>Proficiency in SQL<\/b> and intermediate -level Python<\/b> scripting.<\/li>Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.<\/li><\/ul><\/span><\/div><\/span>
