As our transformation practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex business transformation programmes for our customers across Finance, Human Resources and wider business operations.
This is a client-facing leadership role requiring an individual who can engage confidently with senior stakeholders, shape transformation initiatives, manage delivery teams and ensure successful business outcomes.
The Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading strategic transformation programmes from mobilisation through to successful delivery.
Working alongside customer leadership teams, consultants, solution specialists and delivery partners, you will ensure programmes are delivered in line with agreed objectives, budgets and timescales.
The role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on programme leadership, whilst maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
You will work across multiple industries and transformation initiatives, helping organisations improve business processes, governance, operating models and user experience.

- Lead large-scale transformation programmes and strategic projects across Finance, HR and business operations.
