Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions for seamless integration between Oracle Fusion and external systems.
• Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementation covering GL, AP, AR, CM, and Subledger Accounting.
• Define and manage integration strategies using PaaS for SaaS frameworks.
• Collaborate with Finance Leaders to understand business requirements, financial processes, and reporting needs.
• Define and document business processes for Receivables, Ledger, and Interfacing Protocols.
• Configure financial modules and perform functional validation and testing.
• Build and customize user interfaces using Oracle VBCS.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, functions, and procedures for financial data processing.
• Utilize BI Publisher (BIP) for custom reporting and analytics within Financials.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and audit controls during solution design.
• Develop and execute test plans for SIT, UAT, and cutover activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot financial integrations and reports.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications with at least 3 years in a techno-functional leadership role.
• Proven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PL/SQL, VBCS, and BI Publisher.
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, CM).
• Experience in designing and managing financial interfaces and reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and PaaS integration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with finance and technical stakeholders.
• Oracle certification in Fusion Financials or Integration Cloud preferred.
