Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant for a full-time, on-site role based in London. The Consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle HCM solutions, advising clients on best practices in Human Capital Management, and enhancing HR processes. Key responsibilities include supporting employee benefits programs, providing consulting services, and facilitating business transformations to optimize workforce solutions. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Capital Management and understanding of Human Capital frameworks
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes and Employee Benefits management
- Strong Consulting skills with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
