As we continue to grow, we are looking for an outgoing, highly organised and relationship-focused professional to join our Alliance Team and help strengthen our strategic relationship with Oracle and other key organisations.

The Opportunity

This is a people-focused role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating connections, opening conversations and bringing people together. You do not need a background in Oracle technology or enterprise software. What matters most is your ability to build trust, communicate confidently, maintain strong professional relationships and represent Fusion Practices positively and professionally with the sales team within Oracle.

You will spend your time engaging with stakeholders, arranging meetings, maintaining regular contact with key individuals, discussing opportunities, understanding business priorities and ensuring Fusion Practices remains visible and well connected within our partner ecosystem. You will become one of the key relationship ambassadors for Fusion Practices for Oracle corporation, helping partners understand who we are, what we do, where we add value and why organisations choose to work with us.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Oracle and other strategic organisations.
  • Establish regular contact with key individuals and maintain ongoing engagement.
  • Develop trusted professional relationships at all levels.
  • Ensure Fusion Practices remains visible and well represented within partner organisations.
  • Build a strong network of contacts across the wider business community.

Partner Engagement

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings between Fusion Practices and partner organisations.
  • Facilitate introductions between senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular communication with partner contacts.
  • Help identify areas where organisations can work together.
  • Support relationship development activities and engagement plans.

Representing Fusion Practices

  • Clearly explain the services, solutions and strengths of Fusion Practices.
  • Promote the company capabilities, customer success stories, innovation initiatives and market achievements.
  • Act as a professional ambassador for the organisation.
  • Attend meetings, networking events, conferences and industry functions.
  • Build awareness of the Fusion Practices brand within partner organisations.
