CPTE, a proud member of Fusion, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Manchester, NH clinic, a high-energy outpatient environment where you'll work with a diverse orthopedic caseload, including sports medicine, vestibular, and aquatic therapy patients. About the Role
As a Physical Therapist at CPTE, you'll help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they love. You'll evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population while working alongside a supportive clinical team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes and individualized care.
Your day-to-day:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, functional limitations, and patient goals.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and overall function.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and other skilled interventions as appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes and support goal achievement.
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and sustainable movement strategies tailored to each patient's life.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Prompt and other clinical technologies.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, front office staff, referral sources, and interdisciplinary providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Participate in ongoing professional development through mentorship, continuing education, and clinical collaboration opportunities.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues to support a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
