Engage Senior Therapy, a proud member of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, is now hiring a passionate geriatric focused Speech Language Pathologist at our partner Assisted Living Facilities in Bedford and Manchester, NH! In this role, you will determine appropriate speech therapy care and treatment for a geriatric population at a wide range of functional levels. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple locations, providing speech therapy services to a diverse range of patients.

About the Role: As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Engage Senior Therapy, you will work with a senior population to assess, treat, and help manage speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You'll have the opportunity to deliver personalized, one-on-one care in a supportive, flexible setting that values your clinical expertise and professional growth. Your work will empower older adults to maintain independence, enhance communication, and improve quality of life.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs
  • Provide care with a high level of independence in assisted living communities, while always supported by the broader Engage team for guidance and resources
  • Provide patient and caregiver education to support therapy goals
  • Accurately document care using EMR in compliance with state and facility standards

About You:

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Active or pending SLP license
  • Strong interest or experience in geriatric care
  • Skilled in communication, interpersonal relationships, and patient engagement
  • Passionate about providing evidence-based, high-quality care
  • Committed to learning, growing, and contributing to a team
