We are working on a large industrial project in Andover, and we are looking for a number of Shuttering Carpenters to join the site team. This is a long-term contract running until August 2026.
Applicants must have previous site experience and hold a valid blue CSCS skills card.
As a Shuttering Carpenter, your duties will involve:
- Interpreting construction plans and specifications to determine formwork requirements.
- Measuring and cutting materials to construct forms for concrete placement.
- Setting up and dismantling formwork for various concrete structures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards.
- Installing and aligning formwork according to project specifications and engineering drawings.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Repairing and modifying existing formwork as needed.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
You must have:
- Blue CSCS Card
- NVQ Level 2
- Previous site experience
- Ability to work on your own and within a team
Standard Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm
