Sellindge, Kent
We are working on a large industrial project in Sellindge and we are looking for 2 Shuttering Carpenters to join the site team. This is a long-term contract running until November 2025. Applicants must have previous site experience and hold a valid blue CSCS skills card.
As a Shuttering Carpenter your duties will involve:
- Interpret construction plans and specifications to determine formwork requirements.
- Measure and cut materials to construct forms for concrete placement.
- Set up and dismantle formwork for various concrete structures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards.
- Install and align formwork according to project specifications and engineering drawings.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Repair and modify existing formwork as needed.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
You must have:
- Blue CSCS Card
- NVQ Level 2
- Previous site experience
- Ability to work on your own and within a team
Standard Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5pm
