Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate breakdown response - triage issues by phone, schedule engineers, and aim for first-time fix
- Manage service/repair workflow including job logging, parts ordering, third-party contractors and invoicing
- Plan maintenance, inspections and equipment availability while supporting field engineers with required info and stock
- Maintain accurate service records, stock control and identify chargeable repairs
Requirements
- Mechanical repair or plant maintenance knowledge
- Experience in service coordination/maintenance control (desirable)
