We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to support the successful delivery of multi-discipline building services projects. Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will ensure projects are planned, managed, and delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and delivery of M&E building services projects
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards
- Collaborate with teams to meet contractual milestones and project deadlines
- Monitor performance, including financial targets and project schedules
- Provide insight and analysis to support project delivery and client outcomes
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Provide technical support and assist with training where required
About You
Essential:
- HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering or relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical services
- Good understanding of commercial and project delivery across multi-discipline contracts
Desirable:
- Experience in financial or account management
- Ability to manage and motivate site teams
