An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing operation in Stoke-on-Trent.

The Role: Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily shop floor activities, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment producing high-specification products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of operatives
